Airtable is not connected. Test sessions are stored privately in Supabase. Nothing is sent to Airtable.

In the connected version, Sync with Airtable will send pending session creations, edits and deletions, then refresh projects, budgets, quoted rates and deadlines from Airtable. It will show successes, failures and conflicts.

Demo entries will never be uploaded automatically when Airtable is connected.

Real login and server storage, using fictional projects and budgets only. Airtable remains disconnected.

Administrators can view team test sessions and edit fictional financial settings. Tracker-only accounts receive their own sessions without financial fields. Capacity and API figures are illustrative scenarios, not measured Airtable usage.

Refresh saved data to load changes from another device. Save task or stop the timer to persist task edits. Login expires after at most one hour; sign in again to recover saved work. Email invitations and password resets require administrator email setup. Live archiving is not enabled.
